Learner Satisfaction (2022-23 Induction)

We conduct surveys each year to understand learners’ satisfaction with their programme of study and the wider college. Their feedback informs subject impact assessment reviews and quality improvement plans.

Overall % agree levels are really high for this key client group and each statement within the survey had a percentage agree level of over 70%.

Comments from learners indicated some issues with “My induction/introduction to the college” which have been addressed by the individual curriculum areas. There are positive comments about the other categories within the survey.

Despite the clear challenges presenting themselves as we emerged from the global pandemic, higher-level students remain pleased with the service Dudley College offer. With overall satisfaction being above the national comparative benchmark.
