Developed by the L&D team of Dudley Group of Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, in partnership with Dudley College of Technology, we are proud to announce two new highly enjoyable and stimulating courses.
Each Higher Development Award programme will build on the knowledge you already have to develop your personal skills by learning, sharing and advancing your expertise learning alongside other AHPs.
These FREE* courses will be delivered during working hours at Dudley College of Technology and you’ll study with us one day per month, over 8 months.
Principles of Team Leading – Level 2
If you have been out of education for some time, this programme will refresh your study skills and cover:
- Building working relationships
- Communicating with a team
- Improvement and project management
- Equality, diversity and inclusion
- Careers guidance
- Progression routes
CMI (Chartered Management Institute) Certificate in Principles of Management & Leadership – Level 3
Accredited by the CMI, this programme is perfect if you aspire to more senior roles. The course includes:
- Introduction to improvement and change project
- Managing a team to achieve results
- Developing and sharing good practice
- Responding to conflict in the workplace
- Equality, diversity and inclusion
- Careers guidance
- Progression routes
