How to Enrol
If you want to start a course at college this September, you will need to enrol. Below is all the information you need to know to be able to enrol on a course and get ahead in your career.

The enrolment process varies depending on your age and type of course. Please follow the guide relevant to you below the dates.
When and Where to Enrol
You can visit us to enrol at our Broadway campus on the following dates and times:
- Friday 8th September, 10am – 4pm
- Monday 11th September, 9am – 4pm
- Tuesday 12th September, 9am – 7pm
- Wednesday 13th September, 9am – 7pm
- Thursday 14th September, 9am – 7pm
- Friday 15th September, 9am – 4pm
Once you have your GCSE results slip or email from school, it is time to come in to college and enrol.
We’re here to help make the process as simple as possible, and our staff will be on hand to help you with any queries that you may have. Whatever your results, there’s a place for you at Dudley College.
Please bring with you:
- Your GCSE results slip from school
- Proof of identity such as passport, debit card or driving licence.
Enrolment – a Step-By-Step Guide for School Leavers
Step 1: Visit college and speak to a subject tutor to agree your course of study. (Enrolment dates and locations above).
Step 2: Complete the enrolment form with support from our Learner Services team.
Step 3: You may be eligible for financial support, including free college meals, which you can apply for while you’re enrolling.
Step 4: You will be issued with your bus pass, ID card and details of when you first class starts.
As an adult learner you need to apply for the course you’re interested in before you can enrol. Once you have applied, Learner Services will be in touch to enrol you, either by phone, online or in-person at college.
Some courses are funded and you may be eligible for Financial Support.

Step 3: Once you’re enrolled, you’ll be issued with your ID badge and details about your first lesson.
