Diana has been employed by the College for almost 20 years and has held several roles including Assistant Principal and Vice Principal before taking on the role of Chief Executive and Principal on 15th February 2025. As Chief Executive and Principal, Diana is responsible for ensuring the College’s senior leadership team is leading the college effectively to achieve its strategic plan and delivers an excellent experience for learners, apprentices and all stakeholders. Along with the senior leadership team, Diana ensures the College meets the needs of its local community, developing a curriculum offer which addresses local, regional and national skills needs. Working alongside the Corporation and senior colleagues, the Chief Executive & Principal plays a pivotal role in the determination and oversight of the strategic development of Dudley College of Technology, its subsidiaries and associated organisations (including Dudley Academies Trust). The Chief Executive & Principal leads on developing and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders and plays a significant role in representing the College externally. The Chief Executive & Principal provides inspirational leadership to the staff and students of the College. Diana is an ex-officio member of the Corporation and serves on the Corporation’s Standards Committee, Search Committee and Finance & Estates Committee.
Louise Jones
The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) will support the Chief Executive and Principal and other senior post holders and the Corporation by developing and providing pro-active leadership on financial strategy and control and human, capital and physical resource development. The Chief Finance Officer will ensure the college’s financial objectives are achieved working across the college to drive financial and business excellence. The Chief Finance Officer will provide effective support to the Chief Executive and Principal in the control, review, management and development of the college’s business planning and risk management systems. The Chief Finance Officer will also manage the college’s Finance, Capital Projects & Estates and Information Technology teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience. This will include leading on all college financial, commercial and legal matters, embracing elements of employer partnerships and providing commercial finance advice and guidance into large-scale capital projects. Working alongside the Corporation, Chief Executive and Principal, Chief Officers and senior colleagues, the Chief Finance Officer will play a pivotal role in the determination and oversight of the strategic development of Dudley College of Technology, its subsidiaries and associated organisations. The Chief Operating Officer will support the Chief Executive and Principal in developing and maintaining productive relationships with all key stakeholders.
Claire Millard
Working closely with the CEO/Principal and Vice Principal – Curriculum and Performance, the Vice Principal – Curriculum and Quality will ensure the development and delivery of high-quality provision across all provision types. The Vice Principal will provide effective line management to a team of Assistant Principals – Curriculum and Standards to ensure the curriculum offer is responsive and meeting local, regional and national skills needs.
The Vice Principal will foster a culture of innovation and high standards in teaching, learning and assessment across the College through the effective line management of the Assistant Principal Quality. Working closely with senior colleagues the Vice Principal will foster a culture of respect, tolerance, inclusion and exemplary behaviour across the whole College.
The Vice Principal – Curriculum and Quality is a senior post for the purposes of the Instruments and Articles of Governance. As with all Senior Post Holders they will be expected to deputise for the CEO and Principal as and when required.
Rachel Corns
Working closely with the CEO/Principal and Vice Principal – Curriculum and Quality, the Vice Principal – Curriculum and Performance will ensure the development and delivery of high-quality provision across all provision types. The Vice Principal will provide effective line management to a team of Assistant Principals – Curriculum and Standards to ensure the curriculum offer is responsive and meeting local, regional and national skills needs.
The Vice Principal will drive the development and implementation of high-quality management information and reporting systems through the line management of the Director of MIS and Data. Working closely with senior colleagues the Vice Principal will foster a culture of respect, tolerance, inclusion and exemplary behaviour across the whole College.

Lynn Glazzard
As an Assistant Principal for Curriculum & Standards postholders will shape and manage the delivery and development of learning across a number of curriculum areas and will have site and cross-college responsibilities. Assistant Principals will bring about the continuous improvement in learner success and will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of learning, as well as fostering a culture of innovation in respect of teaching and learning and curriculum development. Through strong strategic leadership postholders will motivate and inspire curriculum teams to maintain or achieve outstanding provision.
Samantha Jocelyn-Sears
As an Assistant Principal for Curriculum & Standards postholders will shape and manage the delivery and development of learning across a number of curriculum areas and will have site and cross-college responsibilities. Assistant Principals will bring about the continuous improvement in learner success and will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of learning, as well as fostering a culture of innovation in respect of teaching and learning and curriculum development. Stacey Malone
As a member of the Senior Leadership Group (SLG) the Assistant Principal of MIS and Data participates in the formulation and implementation of college strategy and ensures that SLG is briefed on developments affecting the MIS and Data services. The Assistant Principal of MIS and Data is accountable for the direction and oversight, both strategically and operational, of the Department and its functions. Developing and leading a dynamic MIS/Data department with responsibility for accurate recording and reporting of funding claims, managed access to comprehensive, reliable, relevant and up to date information and high-quality reporting facilities. The Assistant Principal of MIS and Data leads on compliance monitoring and intervention as required, with specific responsibility for data protection across the college. The Assistant Principal of MIS and Data provides an integrated service to support the college business and in accordance with the mission, vision and values of the college.
Adrian Walker
The Assistant Principal for Quality will drive the quality of education across college. The postholder will be responsible for driving standards across the whole college and fostering a culture of innovation in teaching, learning and assessment. They will support the college’s vision for excellence and deliver on the strategic priorities across college.
The role of Assistant Principal- Quality will bring about the continuous improvement in learner experience and will ensure quality is central to the whole learner experience. Through strong strategic leadership they will motivate and inspire the Quality and Standards teams to ensure quality is high across all curriculum areas and provision types.
Susanne Davies
The Director for Institute of Technology and Partnerships will be the senior lead for the ongoing development of the Black Country and Marches Institute of Technology (IoT) and the external partnerships that support the success of our IoT and the wider college. For the Institute of Technology, the postholder will work closely with all internal and external partners to ensure that our programmes and services are delivered to a high standard. They will continue to develop relationships with partner higher education institutions that support progression for our students in the IoT and beyond.
The postholder will also ensure the college remains responsive to industry needs by developing close working relationships with employers who input into the development and delivery of our provision, in turn contributing to the achievement of student recruitment targets. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the postholder will work across the college and make a significant contribution to the wider development of the college and its strategic direction.
Debbie Goode
The Executive Director Public Affairs and Marketing shapes and manages the development and maintenance of marketing activities which effectively meet the college’s strategic objectives. Reporting to the Chief Executive and Principal and working closely with the college’s curriculum and employer facing teams, with key staff in the Dudley Academies Trust and across the college’s wider operations, this post holder is responsible for our integrated brand and marketing strategy to promote the College’s vison and objectives, drive brand presence and reputation, and increase student numbers. The Executive Director Public Affairs and Marketing will raise the external profile of the college locally, regionally and nationally and will build trust with colleagues, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation and demonstrate high integrity. Through strong leadership the Executive Director Public Affairs and Marketing will motivate and inspire the marketing team and other staff to deliver measurable outputs.
