The Executive Director Public Affairs and Marketing shapes and manages the development and maintenance of marketing activities which effectively meet the college’s strategic objectives. Reporting to the Chief Executive and Principal and working closely with the college’s curriculum and employer facing teams, with key staff in the Dudley Academies Trust and across the college’s wider operations, this post holder is responsible for our integrated brand and marketing strategy to promote the College’s vison and objectives, drive brand presence and reputation, and increase student numbers. The Executive Director Public Affairs and Marketing will raise the external profile of the college locally, regionally and nationally and will build trust with colleagues, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation and demonstrate high integrity. Through strong leadership the Executive Director Public Affairs and Marketing will motivate and inspire the marketing team and other staff to deliver measurable outputs.
