Construction is a multi-billion pound industry that deals with developing the underlying structure of anything from a new build house or school, to high speed rail projects.
An apprenticeship in Construction provides you with the best possible training to equip you with skills that are in high demand. You will have a full-time job and earn a wage working in your field of interest, while also attending the College to gain a nationally recognised qualification and essential competencies.
You can specialise in areas including brickwork and carpentry and, as well as learning the skills and techniques of the trade, you will also receive training in health, safety and site operation which can support future progression into planning, project coordination or management.
Apprenticeships allow you to take the first steps into a construction career, or if you’re already employed in the industry and want to advance your skills, you can undertake an Apprenticeship with the support of your employer to grow your skills.
