The Assistant Principal for Quality will drive the quality of education across college. The postholder will be responsible for driving standards across the whole college and fostering a culture of innovation in teaching, learning and assessment. They will support the college’s vision for excellence and deliver on the strategic priorities across college.
The role of Assistant Principal- Quality will bring about the continuous improvement in learner experience and will ensure quality is central to the whole learner experience. Through strong strategic leadership they will motivate and inspire the Quality and Standards teams to ensure quality is high across all curriculum areas and provision types.
