The enrolment process varies depending on your age and type of course. Please follow the guide relevant to you below.
School Leavers
If you have made an application to study with us, you will have received a letter to home, inviting you to come and enrol on a set date and time from our Admissions department.
You must attend at your appointment date and time, if you are unable to attend or if you can’t find your letter please call 01384 363 333 or email admissions@dudleycol.ac.uk who can book you another appointment slot so that your place is secure.

When you come to your appointment, please bring your GCSE results slip or GCSE email from your school along with your identification such as passport, birth certificate or debit card.
School leavers without offers can also visit us to enrol at our Broadway Campus on the following dates and times:
- Friday 29th August, 9am – 4pm
- Monday 1st September, 9am until 4pm
- Tuesday 2nd September, 9am until 7pm
- Wednesday 3rd September, 9am until 7pm
- Thursday 4th September, 9am until 7pm
- Friday 5th September, 9am until 4pm
- Saturday 6th September, 10am until 2pm
Please note we have no additional spaces available for Electrical Installation, Engineering, Plumbing, Plastering, and Barbering. If you have received a letter inviting you to enrol for any of these areas, you will still need to attend at that time.

Enrolment – a Step-By-Step Guide for School Leavers

Step 1: Register your arrival with the welcome team.

Step 2: See a tutor on campus at the appointment time above.

Step 3: Agree your course of study after your discussing results with the tutor.

Step 4: Visit the checking station to make sure your enrolment is on track.

Step 5: Visit the enrolment station to:
- complete the enrolment form with an operator
- You may be eligible for financial support, including free college meals.
- have your ID photo taken
- sign your learning agreement
- get your electronic bus pass
- receive your enrolment pack

Step 6: Collect your printed ID badge.

Step 7: From links in enrolment pack, setup log in details.

Step 8: Attend your first class.
Adult Learners
Do you want to turn your passion into a rewarding career? Are you ready to learn something new?
We have an exciting range of part-time courses starting from September.
If you’re aged 19+ and would like study with us, come along to our Broadway Campus to enrol. We will be open on the following days and times:
- Monday 1st September, 9am until 4pm
- Tuesday 2nd September, 9am until 7pm
- Wednesday 3rd September, 9am until 7pm
- Thursday 4th September, 9am until 7pm
- Friday 5th September, 9am until 4pm
- Saturday 6th September, 10am until 2pm
You will need to bring the following information with you:
- Evidence of all of your current qualifications
- Proof of identity such as passport, debit card or driving licence.
- Proof of income such as benefit proof/payslips
Some courses are funded and you may be eligible for Financial Support, our team will advise you of this during the process.
