The Executive Director Estates and Capital Projects is the senior post responsible for all matters relating to the college’s property, health and safety, estates and facilities management. The Executive Director Estates and Capital Projects will oversee the strategic development and operational management of estates and capital projects, in line with the college’s commitment to sustainability and value for money. 

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the development and operation of the college’s human resource management framework, the planning of staff resources and the ongoing maintenance of good staff relations in the college and its related organisations. The Director of Human Resources shapes and manages all aspects of  the human resource framework in order to bring about continuous improvement and the effective and efficient delivery of all personnel and human resource services. The Director of Human Resources provides management and support to human resources and payroll teams. They also have a lead responsibility for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion across all of the college’s activities.
