A variety of industries need administration and customer service professionals. This gives you plentiful opportunities to gain experience across different industries for a broader professional portfolio. Everything from healthcare to retail, finance, hospitality, restaurant, and technology industries.

With administration being needed across many sectors of employment you can look forward to studying topics such as:

• A period of work experience between 50 and 450 hours depending on the level enrolled onto.

You will have access to an eBook and reading materials will be provided online. You are expected to bring your own folder/plastic wallets/dividers/paper/pens and USB stick to save your work to.
