The enrolment process varies depending on your age and type of course. Please follow the section relevant to you below.
School Leavers
Still interested in joining a course that started in September 2026?
We may have some spaces still available. Visit our Learner Services team at the Broadway Campus, DY1 4AS, or email learner.services@dudleycol.ac.uk Monday to Friday, 8.15am until 4pm.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your full name
- Date of birth
- Course you are interested in
- GCSE results
- Preferred contact method
We will review your enquiry and advise whether places are still available.
Currently in year 11 and interested in enrolling for September 2027?
Courses starting September 2027 will be available to apply-for in time for our open day in October.
Adult Part-Time Courses
Thinking about joining one of our part-time courses?
Applications are now open. Simply apply online at our adult learners page.
Once we receive your application, our team will review it and, where necessary, pass it to the relevant curriculum tutor. If your application is approved, you can complete your enrolment online from the comfort of your own home. If you have any questions or would like support with your application, visit our Learner Services team at the Broadway Campus (DY1 4AS), Monday to Friday, 8.15am until 4pm.
What might I need to enrol as an adult?
- Evidence of all your current qualifications
- Proof of ID such as passport, debit card or driving licence
- Proof of residency, if required, such as eVisa, BRP card or ASPEN card.
- Proof of income such as benefit evidence/payslips
