Enrolment 2025
The enrolment process varies depending on your age and type of course. Please follow the guide relevant to you below.
Adult Learners
Enrolment for September 2025 is still open, please ensure you bring along your:
- proof of identification such as passport, birth certificate or debit card
- proof of residency (if not born in the UK) such as Share Code/eVisa
- proof of income such as benefits/payslips
You can visit us to enrol at our Broadway Campus on the following dates and times:
- Friday 5th September, 9am until 4pm
- Saturday 6th September, 10am until 2pm
- Monday 8th September, 9am until 4pm
- Tuesday 9th September, 9am until 6pm
- Wednesday 10th September, 9am until 6pm
- Thursday 11th September, 9am until 6pm
- Friday 12th September, 9am to 4pm
School leavers
You can attend at the above times, however, we currently only have a small number of places now available for school leavers on the following courses:
- Accounting AAT Diploma – Level 3
- Business T Level – Level 3
- Beauty Therapy C&G Diploma – Level 3
- Creative Media Practice Pearson BTEC National Diploma – Level 3
- Media Broadcast and Production T Level – Level 3
- Performing Arts Industry Skills Pearson BTEC Diploma – Level 2
- Entry to FE (Performing Arts)
- Sport & Physical Activity (Sports Coaching) NCFE Certificate – Level 3 Year 1
- Sport and Exercise Science Pearson BTEC National Foundation Diploma – Level 3 Year 1
- Travel and Tourism NCFE Certificate – Level 3 Year 1
- Art and Design Practice (Graphic Design) Pearson BTEC National Diploma – Level 3 Year 1
All other school leaver courses are now full.

Enrolment – a Step-By-Step Guide

Step 1: Register your arrival with the welcome team.

Step 2: See a tutor on campus at the appointment time above.

Step 3: Agree your course of study after your discussing results with the tutor.

Step 4: Visit the checking station to make sure your enrolment is on track.

Step 5: Visit the enrolment station to:
- complete the enrolment form with an operator
- You may be eligible for financial support, including free college meals.
- have your ID photo taken
- sign your learning agreement
- get your electronic bus pass
- receive your enrolment pack

Step 6: Collect your printed ID badge.

Step 7: From links in enrolment pack, setup log in details.

Step 8: Attend your first class.
