As an Assistant Principal for Curriculum & Standards postholders will shape and manage the delivery and development of learning across a number of curriculum areas and will have site and cross-college responsibilities.  Assistant Principals will bring about the continuous improvement in learner success and will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of learning, as well as fostering a culture of innovation in respect of teaching and learning and curriculum development. Through strong strategic leadership postholders will motivate and inspire curriculum teams to maintain or achieve outstanding provision.
